Gateshead Beer & Music Festival

Gateshead Beer & Music Festival

Gateshead Beer & Music Festival is back and it’s better than ever!

Gateshead Beer & Music Festival first started off in 2010 with the emphasis on creating a great local community festival.  Moving forward seven years the festival has grown into an event that is loved both locally and nationally, whilst maintaining its community beliefs.  In 2016 they were delighted to be named as a Finalist in the Tyne & Wear Lifestyle awards – Best live experience.

Gateshead Beer & Music Festival continue to receive great support from the local community and we’d like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported and sponsored our event over the last 7 years and still have several sponsorship opportunities available for 2017 (please check our website for further information).

The festival organisers pride themselves on striving to improve the festival year on year, this year there are no excepts with the introduction of the Malt Whiskey Bar, the new and improved Cider bar, the addition of premium lagers and a new food area.

Once again Gateshead Beer & Music Festival have a great selection of Ales & Ciders that are sourced countrywide; however, always ensuring that they provide a great springboard for local brewers to showcase their products.  This year they have chosen Devon & Cornwall as our showcase region.  In addition to the popular Cava bar, we will see the return of our Gin filled Jam Jar Bar.
