Bye Bye Baby – A Celebration of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons

Playhouse Whitley Bay – Thursday 12th October 2017 – 7.30 pm

Forty years since Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons had a number 1 hit with the song ‘December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night)’, Bye Bye Baby brings the story of the band and their timeless classics to the PLAYHOUSE Whitley Bay on Thursday 12th October 2017.

The Bye Bye Baby Show is a fresh take on the story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, taking you back in time on a musical journey through the band’s career.

Musical Director Mark Ryzer says:

The Bye Bye Baby Show is above all about the timeless music of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons which is still relevant today – even forty years on. We have been bowled over by the positive reaction and support for our new show. We’re going to make sure that every audience has an unforgettable night!

Bye Bye Baby takes audiences through the journey of the Four Seasons with all its highs and lows; right from how the group formed, to how they were admitted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

The show, which features a seven piece live band, has a huge set list, including classics ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’, ‘Walk Like A Man’ and ‘Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?’. The Bye Bye Baby Show doesn’t stop there, however. For the first time, the show will also feature big numbers which have never previously appeared in the original ‘Jersey Boys’ musical, including ‘Silence Is Golden’, ‘The Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Anymore’ and ‘Why Do Fools Fall In Love’.
